House Basketball
Earlier this week, the House Basketball competition took over The Quad as keen basketballers vied for the title of House Champions.
On a breezy day right after half term, a tense atmosphere developed during the Hour as the House Basketball was set to begin.
All houses responded with high spirits and lofty aims to win the tournament. The competition began with a close encounter between Manor and Raphael, followed by an exciting back and forth between Andrews and Hilles. The senior team of White house did an amazing turn around against Spenser, coming back from behind with a decisive 3-pointer, whilst Walter also recorded a hard-fought win against Mulcaster.
The champion will be determined on Thursday as the Manor will battle White House for one spot in the final, while Hilles will be playing against Walter for the other. It's time for slam dunk!
